deadpickle Posted May 11, 2007 Report Share Posted May 11, 2007 I am trying to repaint a 1980's Ventura guitar and have run into a problem. what I want to do is stain the back of the guitar with polyshade (a stain and polyerothane mix) then paint a white stripe on the back. I tried this with Krylon spray paint and all the paint did was bubble up. I'm looking for ideas on what to do. does anyone have any ideas?
