Removing Water Based Analine Dye

Hey all

I stained my guitar the other day but Im not happy with the colour

(yes I did test on scrap beforehand but it seems to have come out slightly different on my guitar)

So does anyone know how to remove the dye completely?

For reference the dye colour is yellow

It is suggested to use chlorine to remove dyes

Any comments?

Use chlorine I did on mine but I used regular Javex. Pool chlorine is recommended, it's much stronger and will work faster and deeper. It will wash away the dye almost completely.
