Painting Qustions

I am building a Prince Cloud Guitar right now as we speak & although I have a lot of sanding & routing still to do I am stuck on finish options. I have a few qustions i need answering:

1.I would like the guitar to be like a powder or baby blue, what would be the best paint type & brand to use & where can I purchase from?

2.I wanted to use Polyurethane but it does not seem to come in colors, am I wrong?

I have seen it come in Black and white at a paint store call Sherwin Williams, but that was at least 6yrs ago. I work out well but was $$$$

for a quart.
