johndory
recently made a leccy guitar and more recently a leccy mandolin from ash, as you do. Pleased with both instruments but neither have shielding in the cavities and the mandolin running on a lipstick pickup seems particularly prone to interference. Advise please on methods and materials for shielding. Thanks for all and any help given
Rick500
You can get copper shielding tape from StewMac or Carvin, or you can use aluminum tape from a home improvement store (although you won't be able to solder to it).
