Neck Removal Jig?

Hey everyone i was wondering if any one had plans for a neck removal jig, the one at stew mac is a little more than i want to spend. any help would be great. Thanks

I just went and built one from plywood and hex bolts, just by going off photos. Took about an hour (not counting the trip to Home Depot).

That's a little piece of teflon pressing on the heel. Just crank on the bolts on either side of the neck while heating the joint (score the finish around the joint with a razor first).

For this LP I just left it in my car parked in the sun on a sunny Washington DC summer day, came out and cranked on the neck bolts about every hour or so....after 8 hrs in the car, the neck had come clean off.
