Installing An S-1 Switching System In A Fender Strat Hss Standards?

Hi everyone, i must admit my ignorance when it comes to guitar electronics and come to you guys for answers : )

im curious to know if it would be at all possible for me to purchase a Fender Strat Standard HSS and then throw in a Schaller Golden 50 Humbucker for the bridge, EMG-SA s for the other two pickups, and then put in a S-1 Switching system...

also i would love to hear anyone else's suggestions for a setup suited for very clean warm tones.
