alrite well i was at my old highschool disrupting grade 8s to use the shop, so i was kinda rushing and i accidently routed the truss rod channal too deep by 3/32" not a good start on my new neck...

i figured if i left it the truss rod wouldnt work, so can i just take a strip of any wood and glue it to the bottom? or should i use something else..

Just glue a strip in shouldn't be a problem at all. I couldn't imagine having to rout truss rods at school. I was disrupting grade 8 kids today too using the spindle and edge sander on my neck through bass. Hopefully the last time I have to do that.
