Xanthus Posted January 10, 2009 Report Share Posted January 10, 2009 If you already have an RG, you could be really careful and use a Robosander, something with a template bearing. Make sure eeeeeeverything is aligned perfectly, because when I did it, there were a few spots the Robosander nicked because either the body wasn't 100% straight or the sander wasn't 100% perpendicular.
