Metalhead28
I have a friend who has offered to CNC cut all of my templates, but I have to draw up some layouts in CAD so that he can do it reasonably efficiently. I'm trying to visualize the best way of holding the material while being able to cut out complete shapes (body shapes, etc.) Would you mount the plexiglass against a backing board first perhaps? Any of you guys ever done something like this?

Metalhead28
That's what I was thinking, strategically placed double sided tape against an MDF board which could be clamped in the machine. I wish my free access involved a laser cutting machine!
