WezV
i know its a gotoh device, not sure i have seen any of the usual peeps supplying them though so the answer is either in a warmoth pro neck, or contact gotoh
plinky
I'd save your money and get a regular truss rod. I have 2 Warmoth guitars I've built and they have it and I don't like it. Everything's based off the main truss rod adjustment, it makes very minute adjustments (you have to really crank it to notice anything), and all string tension has to be off the neck to adjust it so it seems pointless. For the time spent making one adjustment I could've had the neck off, tweaked and back on and tuned to pitch or much quicker with a headstock adjustment truss rod. http://www.warmoth.com/Guitar/Necks/SideAdjust.aspx

plinky
http://www.g-gotoh.com/international/?btp_product_category=side-adjuster Looks like it fits around the existing truss rod according to the diagram, but I could be wrong.
