dnelsd
Several years ago I picked up one in pieces that someone started restoring. Mainly taking off the hardware and removing the original red paint from the body. Its a Fender Musicmaster. The serial number on the neck plate identifies it from 1970. The number has faded on the end of the neck so it is hard for me to read it. One tuning key has broken and was re soldered together. It has the original pickguard with pickup and pots. Bridge is intact but a little rusty. Missing the thumb block. Neck has no wear on the back front needs a good cleaning. Straight as an arrow. I don't believe I will ever work on this so I am wondering if there is a market for a DIYer and a short neck bass.
