There's a small diagram there for a blend pot, volume and tone pot circuit with 2 sources.. 2nd one from the top on the left.. Using that diagram, just leave out the tone pot and the wire connecting it to the volume pot all together and take the 'hot' leads from both humbuckers as the source A and source B..
