    Truss rod is this: http://www.turboimagehost.com/p/428699/DSC00015.JPG.html and another question: is truss rod cavity closed with some wood, or it is closed only with fingerboard??? please help :D

    hi, I am building a Ibanez JEM, I have reached the point where I install the truss rod xD I dont have any plans for the neck, so I'll ask you: does the cavity for truss rod goes as long as the rod is? how deep is cavity on edges, and how deep in the middle? PLEASE HELP, IT IS URGENT!

    hi, did anyone tried the maple neck blanks from stewmac? this: http://www.stewmac.com/shop/Bodies,_necks,...ks.html#details I think this is my only solution for finding maple for neck. does anyone have any experience with it? thanks!

    hi, I'm building a JEM, and I just god wood for neck. Scale on this guitar is 648mm(25.5), can you tell me, from where is it measured (sorry on my bad English) . I know that it goes from nut, but which point is last point of measuring? help please!!

    hey I'm new here, so I'm sorry if there's a thread like this already! Does anyone have a layout (blue print) for Ibanez JEM7V ( http://www.ibanez.com/eg/guitar.aspx?m=JEM7V ), especially dimensions of the head? I have some layout, but it's very bad and poor, so can anyone help me? thanks!
