Also I have some questions about buffing and polishing. Is it necessary to have a orbital buffer to buff the guitar or is there a hand compound I can use?so far the idea is to wetsand, and i have meguiars scratch x that i was going to use to remove the small scratches at the end. But i need to know how and what i can use on my project for buffing. Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks again for your help
Get a Foam polishing Pad for your drill if you cant get access to a "Real" buffer

Sorry I can't do any trades right now, thats why I'm getting rid of this stuff. I have no room for anything

I have the Offset file, I can honestly say that I don't care for it. It doesnt fit any size fretwire well

which one? the Hipshot or the Gold Fender?

If used is an option, shop around for a Randall MTS Combo. I just got one and I haven't turned my Egnater on since I got it. You can swap preamp modules whenever you get the itch to change your tone. I got my RM 80 Combo for $650 with 3 Modules (Recto, Ultra and SL+)

I dont think they make the original Edge 7 anymore, they were only available the first year of the universe guitars. The LoPro Edge 7 is available from VWall guitars or Ibanezrules.com

youve got a compression bend in the neck. It's from the slots not being wide enough for the fretwire. depending on how bad it is you may need to pull the frets and re-do the job. See if you can get the neck straight with the truss rod. If you cant it would be wise to redo the frets

It'll be a long time till I can afford one though being a student and all . Oh well, when I get a high paying job you'll know what one of my first buys will be .
That's the beauty of these amps, they have Combos, Heads and Rack stuff. for instance if you're on a budget and like rack gear, you could but the Empty preamp chassis for $400-$500, and buy the Preamp modules 1 at a time. Then run the Preamp into the Effects loop on your Combo Amp or into a dedicated power amp until you get the cash for a Head or Combo. When you get the cash, sell the preamp chassis for a minimal loss and keep all the preamps you've bought.

Someone asked for a Tone Report so here it is
This thing has got to be the best idea since somebody put a pickup in a guitar. Pick an Amp you like, buy the comparable Randall Preamp module and have at it. I've got 4 with mine so far.
1. Ultra: (reminds me of a VHT Pitbull) This thing KILLS!!!! If you need more gain in an amp, there's something wrong with your hearing. It's a monster yet it still keeps the articulation on the low end. It never gets muddy PERIOD! The Highs are the same way, notes don't run together like most high gain amps.
2. SL+ (Hotrodded Plexi/JCM 800) It takes you back in time. Think of an 80's Glam/Metal Band. It'll even do the VH Brown thing.
3. Recto (self Explanitory) It's the Preamp from the Mesa Dual Rectifier. Killer for the Drop D Godsmack/Disturbed stuff
4. XTC (Bogner Ecstasy Red Channel) Great Lead Module. I've never owned a Bogner so I can't compare, so I'll just say It's Awesome
The Amp has Celestion G12T 75's in it in a 3/4 Closed back. I was skeptical at first because I don't like open back cabs with High Gain Amps but it stays tight and has plenty of low end.
That's all for now, I'm gonna go back and Jam some more

Hopefully, someone somewhere has learned what an incredible process this all is, and how much work is involved that we, as consumer/players/builders, never even hear about or get to see.
It makes those who want it all the more impatient, but I think the knowledge gained (and getting the info direct from the source) is worth it.
At least I hope it is. LOL
WHATEVER!!!! Just Hurry Up!!!!! J/K

Let's see, you'll have a floyd bridge still, so you could do the trick of having the ball ends of the strings at the tuners, so that can help solve some tuning problems, right ? I mean no wraps going around the post, is *almost* the same as locking tuners.
Alot of times you cant get the Low B throught the tuner hole backwards

Genersl Rule about ebay Auctions, if it's from china it's a SCAM!!!!!
-
try on the neal Moser Fourms, there are alot of old BC Rich guys there
-
try the standard Schaller M6 tuners. They have a really long post. You'll have to grind 1/2 the mounting tab off the D & G tuner to make it fit. Just like the originals
