How old are you willing to look at? Cheap as possible

How much $$$'s in servicing are you willing to shell out for servicing once you get it? ......how much does it cost to keep on in good condition!

As much as i despise Oasis, they are multi multi gazzilionaires, and had more then one album.

Sucked ass when they played at Glastonbury. Absolute dog toss. Aparently they had a row before going on stage (that'll make a change then )

As for Jet - yeah, they're alright. Unoffensive anyway.

As for the comments about music today being of the brown and squidgy variety....

.... well as long there was music, there was always crap. Look at the 60's - plenty of good music but then there was Lulu and Cilla Black, honest to god Cilla goddamn Black. Take the 70's and Donny sodding Osmand etc etc. There are plenty of decent bands now:

i find that playing guitar through my cheap fender bass amp sounds far better than it does through my small marshall ss amp.... thats all i really wanted to say...

hey im thinking about geting an epiphone Les paul special 2 for a mod/expirement guitar, and i was thinking because the bodys alder and ive seen strats with alder bodys, if i adapted the pickups to coil tap could i get a strat like tone...

also how do i coil tap...

its a les paul with a rose wood finer board....so theres maple to tap up, so i you think its pretty straight forward to stain the fretboard? with frets on?,....

can i ebonnize a fret board while its on the guitar? or do i have to sand and stuff

i was seriouisly thinking about getting the Me 50, but after i played it i completely changed my mind, its distortions are just horrible everything sounds way to digital. i strongly recommend staying well clear of the me 50, i havent used the gt 6 so i cant comment on that.

but with the me 50 i was expecting it to sound at least a little bit like boss's invidual pedals but it doesnt.

I like the trans black idea, but not the pearloid guard so much...how about an ivory-colored guard, with matching binding?

yeah, the perloid pick guard maybe abit too flashy, and i really wanted to do binding but i dont have the skill or tools so i didnt really want to try just yet

Its a Fender Knock off . but it plays pretty ok. i just dont like the white finish i decided to do, so its time to change it again...

I already have the maple veneer all i need is some info on trans black stain, whats the best way to do it? also around the edges how do i fill the small gaps where the veneer ends?

and what do you think of the design?

Hey, i have a Squier P bass and i really like the neck, but im not a fan of P bass's so i was thinking can i just buy a Jazz bass body and put the P bass neck on it? im guessing its not going to be that easy?
