thanks do you know where i can find someone who does the changes on the plan?

hey people im new here:P i want to bulid guitar and i need a plan i want to build explorer(gibson) body but she will be Neck-Thru-Body and i want to install a floyd rose,two emgs,and 24 frets(not 22) where can i find plan that matching to this guitar? its not matters to me if it coast money but free is better thanks (sorry about my english) (i cant fix the head line so its plans)
