Well I took a look and I fell of my seat!! It's realy cool to see outher's out there with the same passion for extrem guitars that I have. Deadly stuff I love how he use's beautiful woods for brutal guitars.Your buddy kick's ass !!METAL MATT!!

WOW!! That thing look's awsome I realy like the botom right hand side, the shape of it just looks right to me the rest of guitar look's good but I think the line's could use some work but that's just me all'en'all that's one cool axe!! thanks PerryL !!METAL MATT!!

Well Dave your right to a point. I do focus on one guitar at a time It's just that some are not my best work so I work the most on the one's I like and I have finished guitar's before but I gave them all up a while ago because of some life stuff that hapend and I needed to work on myself for a while, anyway part of the reason that there's not a lot being done on any one guitar is that I have to build 3 guitars for friends and my shop is way out of town so it's hard to get out there all the time and I dont have a lot of time for my own work right now but I still love to design my own guitars I love it just as much as building them maybe that's my calling in life designing guitar's. So thanks for helping Dave and pointing out some of my stuff,and,flaws BUT now I cant wait to find some of yours!! HA HA AH So thanks for all the kind word's and I will get this one done and some of the others I hope !!METAL MATT!!

OK,OK calm down I saw your headstock and I like it but I'd like to see as many as I can before I pick a style I like as for the whole [uSE MORE COMMAS AND PERIODS!] sorry but I get in a rush some times and Iam not all that great with my grammer,spelling and all that but that's not why I'am hear, guitar's and learing how to build them and showing others what I know that's why I'am hear so thanks for the headstock design and sorry for the bad grammer but it's not going away anytime soon!!HAHAHA !!METAL MATT!!

Ya Iam realy haveing a hard time with this headstock design I not sure what would go well with the guitar maybe I could get some ideas from you guy's what do you think would fit this beter sugestons/info/hint's/pics/ anything for me to work with would be cool!! This may sound dumb but what do you mean by [i can see why you got such a hard time over at Moser's site now] Well to tell the truth the first time that I had ever even heard about moser's site or even that he existed was about a mounth ago I think deadmike gave me A link to his site so I Have never copyed any ones work well I did do A B.C Rich copy for a friend but thats all I dont like to copy others work so I think that me and Moser are influenced by the death metal God's or somthing so thank's for the kind word's thy realy mean alot comeing form you Drak you do some great work and ya ya I will get one done soon but I just love doing the design's and Iam always trying to out do myself with every one I come up with Thanks !!METAL MATT!!

That headstock looks like one I've seen before But I don't rember the name of the guitar it came from anyone elese know??I like it but i dont want to copy an all ready done headstock anyway [darren wilson] why do I know that name where in canada are you from?? Ya I know but Iam haveing a hard time with the headstock design I realy like that B.C Rich shape and I like my headstock design but I know it needs work Iam going to have to think about this and try some other headstock designs maybe one of them will knok me off my feet!! !!METAL MATT!!

Ya I think you guys are right on the inlay It looks like I was trying to hard maybe just some dimond inlay would go best with this one nothing to over the top.My mind was runing on empty last nite when I came up with the inlay you don't think it would look to much like a B.C Rich headstock If I turn the claws outward?? I'am thinking of doing that most of my work is like that now so I may as well but it might be cool to try something new!! iam not to sure yet HAHAHAHA YA I realy do love my Bloody Edges and points

I came up with this the DEATHVIPER last nite it was an ESP viper when I started but then I started to cut and paste all nite I did not stop till 4-AM and I was up at 6:30/7:00-AM working on it again know there is still some design work left but what do guys think?? I realy want to hear anything good or bad!! any feedback would be cool Thanks !!METAL MATT!!

Hey Maiden do you have any progress pic's of you puting on the black epoxy it would be very helpful since iam doing this for my self and I have never done it before I use to just spray on a finish and live with it open grain and all but since I work alot with purpleheart any info on how you use the epoxy would be great. Well I think that would work well but I've never done it before and I'am realy falling in love with this redish/purple dye it looks great and I think it will go very well with the guitar.but thanks for the info.Anyway I got the top glued on I hope it will work out. I got a friends guitar started and it's all cut out and ready for sanding It's a wild design and I've never seen anthing like it before so I wil get some pic's up as soon as I can. Not to get off topic hear but that's a realy cool lefty warlock how long have you been doing your own painting for it looks realy good not that it looked all that bad in the first place. !!METAL MATT!!

Well I did some dye samples last nite with the blood red and It look's like CRAP on the purpleheart the purple color of the wood make's the red look brown I tryed everything I could think of but nothing worked so I wen't back to my shop and got some dark purple/redish dye and I tryed that and it look's deadly so Iam thinking that a dark purple/redish to a lite purple burst would look best for this guitar!! anyway and If I do it right it should look mean. Iam going to be puting the top on the back of the body today and Iam doing a few other things as well so I'll put some new pic's up soon. Thanks !!METAL MATT!!

Well I did some thinking last nite about doing a black burst with paint like in the Brian's "Poor man's burst" method link but Iam worred because purpleheart and Bubinga are very poreis wood's and the paint mite look like crap now what I need to know is that is there any way that I can fill in the pores in the wood and still use the "Poor man's burst" method ?? !!METAL MATT!!

Scan a sketch draw one up with paint on your computer and email it to me!! !!you must get a digital camera!! (insert sean from star wars-these are not the droids you are looking for) HAHAHA you get it Iam useing my jedi mind tricks so you will get a camera YA I know that was lame and no iam not a star wars nerd nothing wrong with that but IAM A STAR TREK nerd all the way!! !!METAL MATT!!

MY GOD MAN that's the best idea Ive heard yet since iam only using one pickup I could do the design inbetwen the neck and the pickup a skull would look cool but skull's are a bit overdone I think. Now I know this would be very hard but since the guitar is named the IMPALER maybe the shape of a man impaled on a huge spike [you know the whole vlad the impaler thing] would look deadly but if there is any one out with another idea or some info I would love to hear it this is a great idea I wish it was mine. !!METAL MATT!!

HAHAHAH No way I love mess!! Ive been waiting for someone to say something about that. The mess is from my cat she love's her toilet paper every day she'ed find some and tear's the hell out of it all over the place so that day it was to much and it was my day off and I did not want to get up off my ass and do anthing about it so that's why the carpet was a mess !!METAL MATT!!
