  1. nah matt, take the time and do it proper. If you finish it as it is it will probably never get played so put it to one side till you can work on it. I like the sound of bloodwood and walnut together, i think the colours could work nicely

Well I could rent a planer for a day and just take 1/2" off and glue on the walnut, It would look good. Ill think on it

  2. Ok so Iv got my hands on some blood wood and I went ahead and cut out a body blank just to see what I could make of it, and man this stuff is heavy I was hoping that after cuting the blank out that it would lose some weight but WOW I just dont know if I can even use this one,

Ill post pics today when Im at the shop

Ive also started a wenge body and a zebrawood body Both heavy but not to bad, All the bodies are my Supper Strat design

  3. Ok so I felt like giveing these guys another chance after reading this thread. So I picked up a copy of Death Magnetic for 15.00 bucks and I gota say that Im still not a big fan of there new style, BUT what is cool is that the tunes where good and the life seems to have come back in to the band a bit. So not for me but still cool that they can keep on with it and still be a kick ass band for the kids these days

  4. I have several Fret benders that are classified as second class. Meaning that the bender has some cosmetic issues with the base plate but is fully functional (scratches or dings). I have about 4 of these Fret benders I would like to sell or trade .

If you would like to see a picture check out the LMI web site Link where they cost $70 US. I am letting these go for $45 each which includes 3 day shipping anywhere in the US.

If you have something interesting to trade (parts or wood) let me know.

I you want the bender shipped overseas contact me so I can get you a shipping quote (will need your address).

PM me since I will not be checking in here, first come first served.

    PM sent

  5. I think theres not enough wood on the one side to keep the neck from moving to one side, if you have not mounted the bridge yet you could rerout further back in to the body to give your self more wood on the one side, or just set the neck in place with the best fit and clamp in place and drill your mounting holes and screw it down, you should be fine. its hard to tell with out a better shot of the other side

  6. That body is nice but it really is nothing to me, I see that kind of thing all the time, What I really really love is your neck. it really is one of the coolest ive seen. Ive liked your work since the start and now comeing back to the forum and seeing what you have been up to now blows my mind

Very good work Man :D very "top shelf" keep it up
