I'm new to the site and just joined the forum. It the best Guitar making site I've been to so far!
I need your help please.
I plan to build my own guitar over the summer. Right now I,m saving up money for it. I was wandering if anyone had any suggestions about what guitar shape would be easiest to make baering in mind I have never attempted to make one before. I was thinking along the lines of a Jem but am worried about such things as the type of wood to use, and the fitting of the Floyd Rose.
At a rough guess would anyone Know how much mahogany would I need, how much would it cost and is there any speacial types ( I heard Brazilian was good.)
