    shakyhands, Thanks for your feedback! I'll try adjusting heights till I get the right sound.

    I just lowered the strings on a Greg Bennett Torino giving it a much needed lighter action. The tone and amplification was softened more than expected. I have not adjusted the pickup heights and have no guide lines for doing so. Any suggestions?
