actually, i was just going to buy a pre-slotted nut, i just dont want to do anything to the guitar, so im taking precautions before trying anything.

I personally wouldn't pay that much for those pieces of wood.

id be using it for a bottom, would that little notch in the wood at the joint on the left side be a problem, since the top of the body shouldnt reach it.. ?

ok. i need to know if this is good or not. i see a little blemish where the joint is. the boards are 21 x 8, so would it be a problem?

its the stock sound card on this comp. it sounds like a flange.. i think its the volume wavering though.. its really wierd... and i dont think theres any effects built into the comp.. i dont know though.. i wouldnt know where to check

i have a laptop, and i try to record onto it, but when i do, it always "flanges" like theres a flanger in front of the input.. but there isnt.. is it just the sound card im using? or is there something i could do to stop it?

okey doke. ive got an epi acoustic that id like to fix up for my girlfreind to use, since ive got a new one coming. the nut is broken, the 6E slot's edge facing out chipped off and the 6th string wont hold now. how would i go about fixing this? and where could i get the parts i need?

well, i do love my little ibanez rg421.. it plays quite nicely. but when i finnaly get to building my first guitar, thatll probably take the crown away.

but the guitar i want the most would be a custom rhoads v made by abyss guitars or one of the comanys on here

heres a new design. i came up with it when trying to think of a cool way to mess with a rickenbacker dakota style guitar. i ended up mixing a mockingbird and the peavey whitesnake custom guitar(cant think of the model name). cool eh?

the headstock is just me playing around with a onesided. i might do this as a 7string when i build it. just maybe.

how would I paint the ghost flames? As of right now i do not have a paint gun, we plan to use paint cans since its so little painting that we have to do.

that, i do not know. id go in and brush it, but thats just me.
