I'm not terribly worried about the price...but i'll probably experiment with these ideas and see what works the best

i want to install some leds of fiber optics under my bridge or under my knobs...where can i buy those and what kind would you suggest
-
Oh okay...i'll just copy what the factory did when i get my new one in...thanks

Thanks...I'll probably test it out on some scraps of what i'm using for the fretboard but i dont' know if it will really be all that i hoped for...I'll let you know if it goes well...
Are there any substances you can pour into a spot you want to inlay that set up like an acrylic inlay or w/e...i want to do some intricate stuff and i think that would be the way to go if it's possible...thanks

yeah no problem...i'm gonna order a black one and mill it down at school on the milling machine....i'll let ya know how it goes

well the guitar i'm building is going to be about 1 5/16" thick so it's not terribly thin but it will be too thin for a fender tremolo...so there wouldn't be that much taken off of it...yeah i figured i would have to redrill the holes but it shouldn't be too hard...as long as this doesn't effect the way it works

since it is soft i assume it could be sanded down rather easily i just don't know how it would be over a period of time like would it wear down fast

On projectguitar.com i saw a tutorial on making inlays out of solder...i was just wondering if anyone had tried this yet...i thought it might were down and make your fingers black when you play but i dunno..

I was wondering if it would be safe to mill down the part on a fender tremolo where the springs are attatched to, so that it will fit in my guitar that i am building...the guitar that i'm building is going to be thin so the thing would be sticking out the back...and i can't imagine that being to great...i was just wondering if this would effect the way it worked... thanks
