  1. those models don't even come close to a les paul...  :D

    Oh, silly pants :D

And the KH-203 is the lower-end LTD Hammet LP, the 602 is the super Strat/MII thing. :D

Anyway, I have no Floyd'ed guitars, so I may look into to something like that soon...

    I can't believe I didn't get a "Welcome Back" or nothin'... B)

  2. From time to time, I'll kiss the back of my Strat's headstock. :D

If I ever get a lovely girlfriend (yeah, that'll happen) I'll have her kiss the headstock with lipstick on, then I'll seal the lip prints, so I can always have her kiss with me!!

....Man, Sudafed can mess you up. Me on drugs is a scary, scary thing.

  3. Dude, I just downloaded one of your songs ("Alone in a crowd") for the hell of it, and man oh man, you kick some major ass!!

It really makes me feel like crap, you've only been playing for a short time longer than me, and you blow me out of the water.

My apologies if this is the wrong forum to post this in, but, kudos to you, Alex!

I've been playing for close to 8 years, and I'm going to be starting lessons next month....I've should have done that at the beginning, lol. I don't what scales are, nothin' like that. I mean, I'm not a completely horrendous player, but not on most of you peoples' levels.

Anyway, I'm downloading the rest of Alex's songs ASAP.

    Later, folks

  4. Seeing as how I've never actually seen an acoustic Flying V before, I suppose that would qualify as the coolest. :D

In all seriousness, I do like it quite a bit, looks very comfortable to play.

  5. Does anyone have a decent picture of the graphic on it? I have a customer wanting that graphic and we can't find a decent pic   :D

I wasn't sure which on you wanted, so I'll link to pics of three (?) of his custom Iceman guitars...

    Crazy Graphic #1:

Crazy Graphic #2 (apparently a different guitar, I can't tell for sure):

On a side note, that guy should NEVER take his shirt off in public. B)

(EDIT: Silly me, one more view of #1

  6. no, the  candy apple red and colours like that have a special liquid in them that causes the glitter to sit at different angles so that it reflects light

As far as I know, Fender made Candy Apple Red back in the old days using translucent red over gold metallic lacquer.

I'm not sure how they do it now, but my "Midnight Wine" Strat seems to be painted this way, too.
