Hey thanks, sounds a lot simpler than i thought now. All I gotta do now is to find some space for a 9v battery. I'm only thinkin of usin 3-5 small bulbs, depends what I can find and how much they light it up.

Cool thanks, glad you like it hoping it looks as good as it sounds. Long way to go yet though. Anyone got any tutorial sites for me? I'm sure someone posted some earlier but theyre gone now. Could anyone email them me? Or msn?#

Hey, I'm working on a gutiar as we speak, and I'm plannings a clearn pickguard, with led lighting underneath. I'm assuming I'll need a battery wired up for this but I'm not sure how I'd go about doing it...Any ideas please? Or sites that could tell me?

Cool thanks people, not too worried about quality coz chances are I will get it twrong and possibly wreck it anyway. So I don't want to care if I do. Thanks again. By the way, stupid question, but in terms of finishing, whats a primer coat?

Hey, I'm new to thw whole guitar maintanence and doing up thing. I decided to get a beat up old guitar to try and experiment on as opposed to risk destroying one of my own guitars. Just wondering if anyone knows of any cheap old guitars going or where I could get em? Olny checked ebay

Hey, I'm thinking of doing a project guitar up, and I just have a few questions. When it comes to painting, which paints are the best? I hear as long as you apply a base coat, then regular spray paint does a good job? This true? Also, whats it called when you have a switch to automatically detune the low E to a D?
Thanks
