  1. Hahaha, I live in SW Indiana as well. Down in the Tri-state area, almost into KY.

It was really hot that day, I was out mowing somebody's lawn in the heat. B)

I'm in Evansville...that's as close to KY as it gets. :D

    Hahahhahahahahah, as am I!

Evansville really is almost in KY, my sister always says we have more in common with Henderson than we do with the rest of Indiana. :D

  2. Where are you from that it's that hot? I thought it was hot here in northern Minnesota at 85 degrees.

SW Indiana. I moved up here from Texas thinking I would get a break from the heat. And I guess it is a bit of a break...in West Texas we had air temps of 115 from time to time. But it was a dry heat. :D

The high for today is only 88F, so I'm thinking of ducking out of the office early today and working into the evening. It's gonna get hot again next week but only in the mid 90s.

    Peace,

    Mark

  3. regarding the pots catching when turned -it could be that they are not a perfect tight fit on the shaft so they will be pushed slightly off centre when the set-screw in the side of the knob is tightened. If you can then try wrapping the shaft in something to pad it out before tightening the screw.

I actually use a piece of 80mm pick in the split on the shaft to stop the set screw from crushing the shaft and causing knob wobble... :D

    WOO!

I've been bothered by the fact the the pots on my Warbeast wobble due to them being a split-shaft, that's a great idea!

    Thanks a lot!

  4. nah it should pretty much look like the mockups i tried the military styled 'arrow chevrons' and it didnt work as well, but the tape is reffered to as chevron tape at my local hardware store. and here as well http://www.landw.co.za/products/view/1

and as i said im going for the electrical harzard tape

cheers anyway but i dont think the arrowed chevron will work because the body is already v shaped

    OK, just wondering.

The guitar reminds me of the 80's christian metal band stripper!

    Haha, it does!

  5. Thanks, at some point I would like to make one like that. Ive never been a big fan of playing Vs, they just feel a bit awkward to me. For some reason all of my guitar design come out very goth... Im not at all gothic, but I guess im just drawn to that aesthetic.

    Your welcome. :D

I agree about playing V's, they do feel kinda goofy to play when I'm sitting down.
