Hi to everyone I'm new here and need some help with my new guitar project.
My guitar has an humbucker, two single coils, one master volume and a 5 way switch, no split.
When I plugged it yesterday, all pickups were working but the sound was weak and when I touched the selector I got the normal output. I supposed it was a ground problem so I checked and redid some soldering. When doing so I noticed there was a naked wire on the humbucker, a JB that I had left unsoldered and taped. I have an other JB but there was no naked wire only red, white, green and black. So I soldered that wire to the ground. When I plugged my guitar today it was even worse, I only got a buzz.
If anyone has an idea that'll be greatly appreciated, thanx.
