Hello all,
This is my first post here and also my first build to be documented properly. I want to start recording each step so I can have something to show potential customers. So anyway on to the details:
Body: Indian Rosewood
Neck: Indian Rosewood (through neck)
Top: Tasmanian Myrtle Burl
FBoard: More Rosewood
PUPs: Mick Brearly Custom PAFs
Bridge: Gotoh Strat style hardtail
Tuners: Gotoh locking
First thing is first, design. I used Google Sketchup for the first time, even though I'm experienced with 3ds max I find sketchup to be so easy to quickly throw down a full scale accurate 2d plan. If anyone is interested I might do a video tutorial on using it next time.
