EMAC1990

Hey This is my first post, regarding my first guitar project. I am stripping down a Squier Strat so that I may paint the body. I have taken everything off except the electronic. I soldered off the ground wire on the tremolo claw, but I am hesitant on the other two wires still attached to the body. The are coming from the output jack. Are these safe to solder off? Thanks!
