    nothing yet but i'll buy some.at least a dremel. i have a regular router whitch i use for the body.can i use it for the inlays or i have to buy a dremel?

    i use a Pattex Vinil Express. I don't know if it is strong enough. I glued the angled neck badly and i had to broke.The next step was me jumping on the neck joint and it didn't broke!!! Is it good enough?

    well, i've made a mistake. i cut my upcoming headstock a little bit shorter tha ti has to be for the regular design(it is 0.8 cm smaller actually). Should i glue a little piece of wood ( 3 cm) or is it worthless? If i glue it, will it be stable enough for the cutting later or it will take off? And how will be the appearence? (it's an angled headstock so i have glued it already one time) I would like the original design and if i can do it i will to. Unless i have to make the design smaller too. thanks

    hello friends, i've bought a preslotted fingerboard for a les paul that i want to make from stewmac. well, the fingerboard is radiused 12'' is there a problem inlaying it? what i have to do to route my fingerboard? and then... what i have exactly to do to make the inlays radiused? the way that i should try is that in the tutorials for regular fingerboards?(routing and sanding with the gauge) thanks

    with what sand paper? 100 is ok?

    if i apply some wood glue in the space between the 2 pieces? is that correct.... reply quiwly because if it's wrong i have to broke it before the glue shall be like rock!! thanks

    well, i have started to construct a neck with angled headstock. i cut it with 17 1/2 degrees and then i made the sides that are going to be glued straight the problem is that the small piece does not fit correctly. see the pictures (low quality)... pictures any advises???

    ok thank you guys. but i didn't understand the "vacuum bag it". the last thing is to find it.i don't know where. can anyone tell me an online shop in europe(not USA) that has also other parts and accessories? it's not worth to take only a piece of veneer. thanks

    hello friends, i've started already a Les Paul project.I live in Italy and i found a piece of maple for my carved top.The bad news are that this is not a flamed maple and i would like to make a translucent on my guitar and i don't like the "regular" maple. So can i put over my carved top a piece of flamed maple veneer?In what width i must choose it? Can i make the translucent finish that i want on this? And finally, is there anyone that know where can i find a veneer for my top here in italy? Sorry for my bad English. Thanks.

    hello, i'm going to start a project. I have ordered a piece of mahogany to make the body. I would like to be a carved top LP but i can't find here in Italy maple to make it. What's the deferense if i place a carved piese of mahogany instead of maple? Please respond rapidly because i will have to cancel the order. Thanx and sorry for my bad english.

    i have just seen it.it is bowed. and now? what must i do? i have to rotate the trush rod? how and how much? any violation of the trush rod could have a broke on my neck?

    hello guys, i have a kramer with patent floyd rose for 6 years. it plays very well but from the 12 to the 21 fret the strings are not on the right height. the height of the bridge is correct. i thought that there is a problem with the neck. what can i do? thanx

    Hello guys, I'm a Greek student in Italy(Rome) and very interested in guitar projects. I would like to start my first project and i need this famous book. I've searched all the music shops with books here in Rome but i didn't find it. Plus i don't have a credit card so i can't buy it from internet(Amazon,e-bay etc.) Well, does anyone know if there is a copy in .pdf or html format? If there is not can anyone make a copy of this or make a scan and send it to me?(i prefer the second one) Please PM me or mail me for any information Bytheway, very beatyfull site (i have read almost all the articles) but very slow.
