ah man, i really want that ada pre amp, but i just bought a new Randall.
Ah well, have a bump on me!
-
I like the idea of the 2x4 Build.
But may be you should take it further, and use things that you keep being told should never be used for building guitars, i.e Pine, chipboard, mdf
That kind of thing.
Could be fun!

Awesome robbie.
Great to see it started.
Looks like its gonna be killer.
Just so you know, the admin hate anymore than one picture.
so they will edit it, and give you a warning.
Which seems silly to me...
Any way, hope to see this one in the flesh at some point!
Matty
EDIT: Love the gluing jig for the through neck too.
Bloody toolmakers, they're a smart bunch...

I believe he is referring to the fact this is in the wrong place....

I get easily pissed off.
And work in a music school, you get lots of little kids running round, lots of foolish teenagers, and stupid adults talking about how good so and so's (usually their son/daughter) "guitaring" is.
About 3 times a day
Minimum.
It drives my crazy.
ARGH!
-
you must just hate the singing right? because if you hate the guitaring, im sorry, but you're an idiot
ARGH!
Where the hell did "guitaring" come from? Everyone says it and it pisses me off so bad.

...All pedals are homemade except the morleys ...
...3 channel sansamp GT-2 clone (ie 3 of em in one box with switching)...
Been wanting to build one of them for ages, but cant remember what site i found the circuit diagram on!
Where did you get yours?
Matt
-
Blimey, thats quite a chunky fretboard
What sort of thickness you got on there?
Otherwise, looks good!
edit: oops, just noticed it hasnt been radiused yet, move along, nothing to see here...

You do realize your general is, uh, British, right?
Hmmm, I did not know that Ozark, Arkansas was part of the British Empire.
There's no such thing as the British empire anymore. We have britain, a nice little sunny bit (more or less) and a horrible drizzly bit (falklands).
And i cant remember who i voted for. but i think December's gonna be fun!
-
You would need bigger than that to play live.
150 watts+ really.
Or buy a DI box and got into the P.A.
-
An Old Sixpence coin, iirc.
Looks great man!
-
Wow, worth the wait.
That is tasty!
Fantastic.

Bout a Randall RG50TC last week
Its truly superb.
Utterly stunning.
Doesnt really do modern Metal, but does Modern rock so easily.
The clean channel does a great ACDC sound.
So happy with it!
