  1. well that pedal you have ,I also have and it sux and the preamp you are using I have but the rack mounted version and it sounds very good.I dont use a distortion pedal cause this thing has enough of it own distortion(try holding the tap button and turning up the drive this will give you more distortion on the pod),if you want huge sound you are going to pay for it.You will never get the same sound out of a pedal as an expensive rack or floor unit.

Warheads are nice but expensive and I dont think you will get a neo classical tone out of it, more the neo-thrash tone of Dimebag.

here are 2 pics of my rig,I can get any tone I need, but most of it comes from the pod pro.

you said that you got a handmade speaker from ebay well that could be your problem cause the box itself has to the right size and everything, its a science of its own(mesa boogie has custom made speakers from eminence, about $100 or so per speaker)

hope i could help you a bit.

  2. 7 Stringer For 166 euro + 23 euro delivery, how could you go wrong? That said, I can't even afford it :D I just need 19 people to send 10 euro (or dollars :D)each and I'll be riffing lower than your average riffing in no time.

/me goes off and keeps dreaming....

I have this guitar and it is very good for the money, but the ppl living downstairs dont like it cause I have it tuned down a half step and a bass booster in my rack which makes the floor shake when I play one B)

  3. live in Germany (im an American)

    I am married now 12 years(to a woman)

    lay brick for a living

    knees ok, back f*kt

compared to Kirk Hammet I suck, compared to an 8th grade dick who just got a guitar I dont,no offence to any 8th grade dicks in the forum

building guitars is a nice way to get what you really want without the high price (greetz from Steve Vai)

I am not sure about what you saw, but this is a CAD plan to build a CNC router from scratch and adjust its dimensions to fit YOUR needs. Those bigger more powerful machines are more for industial use I would think and you could prolly use this for your work but I dont know if they are also able to be used with a computer. The plans I got are for 3 axis routing and have 3 small stepmotors in them and a controller so it can be hooked up to a computer or laptop.btw the cost of the smaller one was about $275 for everything accept the 3 stepmotors and electronics for controlling it,that you already have a pc was like taken for granted.

  5. Hi,

yes you can buy buffer wheels to fit this and I took off all the stuff you could bang you guitar into.the guards and stuff are removable on the 2 grinders I bought and in case you are wondering why 2 so I can move from course to medium to fine to extra fine without having to change the buffer wheels out. :D
