  1. pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease make an album wes!

Can I play a solo on one of the tunes? :D

hell yeah......something "diabolical" so to speak...yeah i assume you could write it,match it up ,and send it to me and i could import it into nuendo...i realize you may be joking but i am serious

Cool! I'll see what I can come up with. I need to practice... I haven't played regularly for the last two months B).

  2. Yeah, but I'd figure if you wanted a black looking fretboard you'd just buy an ebony board instead of a rosewood. I just thought it was to make the Ebony a uniformed black. But I can see how someone would try to use it if the fretboard was already in place and you wanted that ebony fretboard look.

It might also be for someone who prefers the sound of a rosewood FB but the look of ebony :D.

  3. how do I view the pics?

Do you see text that says "user posted image"? If so, try right-clicking on it and look for a menu item like "copy image address" or something that'd help you. It's all depends on what browser you're using. Mozilla/Firebird has a menu item that let's you view the image immediatly w/o copy+paste the address.

  4. I just realized something about the hum - I didn't ground anything to the body.  Since the back is plastic-graphite (?) should I just run a ground to a part of the top?

The body is fiberglass, IIRC. You should probably put shielding around the electronics (pick-ups, pots, etc.) if you haven't already. Hmm... I don't know if you'd want to put copper foil all over the inside of the body or paint it with Conductive Shielding Paint (I don't know if it'd affect the acoustic sound of it or if the paint'd melt the fiberglass' resin :D). Maybe build a thin box just under the maple cap that'd surround all the electronics and shield that? B) All that might be overkill, huh? Those hollow bodied jazz guitars don't have that much shielding, do they? :D

Ooh, and yeah... add some piezos like Litchfield said! :D
