Howdy, folks. I'm new here. I'm interested in building guitars with reclaimed wood. (doors, table tops, etc...) I'm not really interested in "tone wood." Most of the pieces I find aren't thick enough so I'm wondering about gluing them together. I guess that's laminating? Is there a preferred glue for that sort of thing? Is there anything I need to think about regarding bearing the force of string tension?
