traynor have a couple of good tube amps
-
Have you checked Harmonycentral.com? There's probably over a hundred reviews on that amp.
theres 171 reviews of it to be precise http://www.harmony-central.com/Guitar/Data...12_Combo-1.html
-
if you want one or an Edwards (far superior to LTD and Grassroots) then check out katana guitars
-
i like the demonizer more and i may be getting either that or the bad cat x-treme tone
-
http://www.guitarsatbmusic.com.au/forum/viewtopic.php?t=533 may not help you but there are some measurements in the first post just gotta scroll down a bit. and it is for a neck thru model
-
yes springs do lose their tension but not in a few years mine still work on my guitar and its over 15 years old (note thats older than i am). not sure on the website. but it would be more than a matter of changing screws such as if you were to change from a strat style trem to a floyd rose trem
-
there are plenty types of bridges youve got floyd roses, kahlers, hard tails etc. just depends on if your planning on using the bridge alot. also if your bridge is sitting like that i think you may need to get it adjusted
-
muchas gracias. is there anything else I have to consider?
I thought the advantage of using a scarf joint is that you don't need a volute?
imo i totally agree with that statement though you can feel free to flame me

RA16 has a point fitting a locking nut for looks is well not worth it
-
locking tuners maybe. why cant you just by the original floyd rose or a schaller floyd rose
-
cant you just use a can of deodarant and a zippo lighter, im sure that would take care of all your wasp problems
-
Has any on here had experience with the Speedloader whammy?
Just curious if all the hype is justified.
the hype is that you dont need to spend time cutting balls off and locking the strings down like on a usual floyd rose while the speedloader it just locks at the end of the neck and and the other part locks at the bridge and the strings a pre-stretched so you dont have to wait so long just to get the strings fully stretched out. so what would take a ~20 min session just becomes ~10 minutes. to me it all seems bullshit and just another way for floyd rose to make money
-
wait ofr or lfr got pics of the bridge in question
edit: you realise on some floyds you gotta cut the ball ends off
-
No thats the wire for the extra special pickup in your bridge
Or for the government mind control device stuck in your guitar...
so that means if i disconnect i have my right to free speach
-
yeh i think he was talking about the trem anchors
-
yeh, i was thinking about replacing my shoddy trem but can even find diagrams for schaller routes. btw make up your own version of a PRS-styled headstock design
-
got no info for the lo-pro sorry maybe you should try floyd rose website
-
dont forget that you can rearrange the position of springs so there are endless possiblities.
-
yeh problem is i dont have a credit card and probably wont for another 2 or 3 years
-
I think any project is only as good as the parts you use.
If it was me, I'd wait a while longer and have me the real deal.
( I'd probably even sell my body if I had to )
Good luck with it all.
who hasnt sold their body to buy the gear they need
-
OFR only $350 so you probably should sell about 35 albums for $10 each
-
yeh could we also put the year he was born and the year he passed away on it somewhere. and can i give my donation straight to perry
-
maybe we could put ProjectGuitar.com on the headstock or something along the lines of that
-
yeh if im not mistake but Schaller were the original company that created the Floyd Rose but Gotoh also make some killer Floyd Roses and so do Ibanez.
