Nice, the first one was screwed up.

I saw a cool tip in a book for sharpening the round blades, use a drum sander.
-
I use this half round one

I just used copper wire for side dots on the guitar I am building.

after this, im problably not going to have time to do any more projects like a guitar,
You said your 13, you have your whole life ahead of you.
-
I like to wait 2-3 months to just be safe for any settling.

Adjustable at one end, straight channel, and 18".

I like doing searches because I end up learning way more than just what I was looking for.

You will need a bending iron of some sort for the tight turns.
There is some good info in this thread, I will be trying it again.
-
I just found a tutorial to make them but maybe later I will be interested in the aluminum ones.
-
I was doing a search for something and found this, are you still making these radius blocks?
-
I prefer playing with loops because it inspires me. I throw in a loop and and just start creating from feel.

Doh!! but seriously, sounds really good. Congratulations and good job.

Nice but I will need one sent here so I can truly evaluate it.

I am doing some searches but finish suggestions are welcomed. I really like the the padauk and yellowheart so I am thinking a clear gloss finish. The yellowheart really looks like fire when it is wet. the grain is really 3 demensional and shiny.

I have been using these loop CD's and the price is amazing.

I get my higher grits from an auto paint store.

However, they are *never* this particular edition, they're always either the white green and black one that looks like squares, or the one that looks like paint splatters. I've never seen this one anywhere else.
Hhmmm......Didnt you say that you bought it on Ebay..........never say never.

hey biliousfrog you must have the same drill press I have. I got mine at a pawn shop for $30 but yeah I need to upgrade because of those same reasons.

From what I have seen of those guitars, and they have made many different ones for Sobe, they were giving them away for radio promotions. So I wouldnt think they were golden, I see them on ebay occasionally. Look at how much you paid for it that should give you an idea of its worth.

I really like the Firepod and the pre's are good. The DM24 has the LCD display and its really cool, but for me it was too much and I was learning how to use it as I was using it. So when I would want to record something I would end up spending more time figuring out how to use it than recording. So I went and picked up the presonus and now I just hit record and start playing.
