    ya sadly the pickup cavity is a little crooked and my fretboard is off a little but u cant really tell without the strings

    i just finished my woodshop project from the past school year and i think it turned out pretty good maple body and rosewood fretboard with maple fret markers

    i just used umm... regular krylon... i think its interior/extorior or something but for my clear i dont really want to use krylon because enamel will take a long time to dry hard enough for me to wetsand, so does anyone know of something that i can use thats not urethane ,because i dont think that the krylon and urethane will get along well, and isnt to expensive

    took about a day to lay it out/cut it, then another day to peel up the parts i wanted white then another to peel the rest off once it had dried

    im trying to finish a strat project but only need a neck to finish. ive got a fretless strat neck and a project kramer neck for trade. or ive got a digitech rp-3 multi effects, and a peavy practice amp that i dont use. ive got me so just ask if your interested in trading.. thanks matt

    if it is necessary to ground the strings then i need help.... cuz im building a lap steel with a bone bridge and ferrules so how am i supposed to ground them?

    well i saw one college guy that couldnt afford sandpaper after he bought the paint or sumtin like that so he ended up take the paint off with a butter knife

    personally i like the dimarzio super distortions which are ok clean but when u run a little gain or distortion through them they sound awesome

    it is. ive tried it in mutliple places as well. if i put the strings on will that help?

    ive installed pickups before and in much more complicated ways but my single humbucker single volume will not stop buzzing. the buzzing stops when i touch the strings/bridge etc. ive checked my jack, my connections are good, and no ground loops so i dont know what to do

    on the nut the two e strings looked significantly farther away from the other strings compared to how the rest of the strings are spaced

    i saw something like that. i looked like the neck either slid into a guess a shaft through the body or it was put in from the back. this sounds like a cool project that i might want to try?

    i have that one and this one and this one is by far way better. its easier to use and the other one that u showed gets paint build up and prevents even spraying and starts to drip all over the place. i think the can gun is cheaper too

    does anyone think it would be possible to make some money selling only bodies/necks. for example i would buy some alder(maybe) and cut/route out a telecaster body or i guess any other kind of body then sell it on ebay. would this even be worth my time?
