  1. I was bored so heres what i came up with for the headstock and added the other stuff due to my boredom.
  2. I started this bass in the fall it has been slow progress due to pretty short incriments to work on it in woodshop at a local school. Alder Body 1 Pc Eastern Flame maple neck Martin style truss rod Pau Ferro fingerboard Marbled walnut top 3+2 tuners My own wound Passivee J pickup in mid/bridge position. Hipshot type bridge Tone/volume controls Knobs i turned on lathe Alder with figured walnut tops Walnut Pickup Covers I have drilled holes for pots and input since this picture. All that is left is to route pickup hole and finish. I will also be epoxying the fingerboard would you reccomend epoxy or CA glue? I think it has come out fairly well for my first build. 3. I like that a lot, very ct influenced. Also I like the headstock, reminds me of Elrick basses but not so much on this bass. Overall nice work very clean look. How will you be finishing it?
