Devon Headen
It's very in depth work. I know this place is all about DIY, but I don't think this is for newbs. It's possible to get it all in correctly and still have lots of dead spots on the neck. I might post later, but I gotta run.

tirapop
FRETS.COM has an article about installing an under bridge piezo. Some acoustics use internally mounted microphones. Others use contact pickups that are stuck to a vibrating part of the guitar. Some guitars use combinations of sources and blend them to get the desired sound. monkey69962000
what about those equalizers on the side.
Devon Headen
Just rout or cut out the correct sized hole and wire it in. Nothing too special, but it can mess with the tone. You might want to consider an external preamp. I like the built in ones better, though.
