how to finish frets?

Hi guys, im in the middle of making my guitar and i have now put the frets on the fretboard, but how to i make them flush with the board and nice and rounded without dinking the fret board?

I'm still before this stage on my first neck build. If you have access to the Melvin Hyscock book, read up in there how he gets the frets flush and then polishes them.

I have not looked either, but there may be a tutorial on the www.projectguitar.com main site that talks about it as well.

www.stewmac.com has some fret finishing files. i think the trick is just to keep something thats flat, and long enough to cover 3 or so at a time to file them down.
