where can i get black fretboard stainer in europe?

hello,

i want to stain my rosewood fretboard with ebony stainer, to make them as black as possible

but the only place i saw what i wanted was on steward macdonalds webpage, but since its flammable, he says they dont send outside USA

does anyone know any similar products than are available to me in europe, or even better the UK?
