How to repair a chip in the binding?

First, hello to everyone here, this is my first post (I see familiar names anyway !)

Well, I have a big chip in near the edge of a RG1077, about the size of a 5c coin..and it also cracked the binding....how does one repair that?

Welcome to the forum caprile

You may be able to match the exsisting bindings color with an epoxy and fill it in or you might have to get a piece of simular binding and replace that particular section.

I think Jeremy would know more about this than me though..
