Biohazard
Hi guys. Ok, I'm thinking of buying a whammy pedal, but the knob to change he whammy setting is a rotary knob . No footwsitching capabilities. Although the newest whammy has midi input as well as regular . What I was thinking is would it be possible to buy or make a MIDI controlable footwsitch which will switch through the whammy presets and plug into the whammy via the MIDI input but not affect the guitar signal going through the analogue input in anyway? lovekraft
I'm not sure quite what you're asking - a MIDI controller pedal will allow you to change pedal settings on the fly with a single push of a switch. It doesn't have any effect on your guitar signal, it only changes the settings on your pedal.
STAHLER
You could try and get hold of the whammy II pedal. This model did not have a rotary knob but a footswitch instead.
Biohazard
I'm wanting the Whammy WH4. I don't want to change the product just because of no footswitch. So can I buy a MIDI switch thing to change settings by the stompof a switch? Or would I have to build one?
