Dimarzio Into Strat Question

Before I fire up the iron, am I correct that when you add a Dimarzio humbucker to a Strat (HSS) you must reverse the red and green wire ( red to ground and green to hot)?

nope. for regular wiring of a dimarzio humbucker you tie the black and white together and insulate. red goes to hot and green to ground.
