jfminshew Posted January 9, 2005 Report Posted January 9, 2005 I was reading the tutorial on how to do a swirl paint job and it suggested making sure that the guitar is completely sealed & to use wax to temperarely fill screw holes. Well my question is for the rest of the guitar. Should I use a sanding sealer followed by a primer (while sanding smooth the sanding sealer and then the prime coat)? Quote
gun Posted January 10, 2005 Report Posted January 10, 2005 Yes, apply sanding sealer, sand, white base coat, sand, apply wax in any hole and guitar is ready for swirl. Read the replies to my post, always on swirl, for more infos. Quote
