Daniel Sorbera Posted March 18, 2005 Report Share Posted March 18, 2005 Ok so I bought a peice of wenge to build a neck through where the WHOLE body and neck anre 1 peice. But than I decided the cut the peice in 2 and make 2 guitars out of it. crazy? mabye. Insane? probally. Haning loads of fun? Ya!!!!!! Only problem is I have to double up on the hardware so it's gonna cost twice as much Who knows, If there good enough I'll try and sell them as a set. They look the same and will have the same cool gecko inlay. I'm thinking probally a cocobolo neck with striped ebony fingerboard. Or mabye figured maple. I already have some real nice striped ebony laying around I will use. So far I've only cut out the bodies. But than again the wood arrived earlier today.
