I´m using simple common spray cans to paint my guitar but I don´t know if the paint or the process to paint the metal is different.. Any help is apreciated Quote
LGM Guitars Posted June 29, 2003 Report Posted June 29, 2003 you can paint it with anything, but nothing is going to last long on metal. Trems aren't painted, some are powder coated, most are plated, but you won't see painted ones on production stuff, it wears off way to fast. If you are going to paint it, I'd suggest an industrial epoxy component paint, but the stuff is wicked deadly, it will kill you really fast. Best bet is to find a powder coater that can do it for you. Quote
