I am building my first Electric guitar based on the fender stratocastor and I would like to know which way to orientate my single rod truss rod. I mean there is a small rod coming of the main rod at a 90 degree angle I have routed the truss rod slot in the back of the neck (the rounded over side) and i would like to know which way the small rod has to face the fingerboard or the skunk stripe??
