Primal Posted October 10, 2005 Report Share Posted October 10, 2005 On a whim, I decided to build a new body for the cheap-o Rogue bass. I already converted it to fretless a few years ago. I am building a new body and refinishing the neck and fretboard. The body will be a maple core with two strips of walnut on each side (maple and walnut was all scrap) and poplar body wings. I'm anxious to hear the difference the new body will make. I'm not gonna bother taking in progress pics, but I will be sure to post some finished pics for you all. Primal Posted October 21, 2005 Author Report Share Posted October 21, 2005 Things are moving slowly, mainly due to the fact that the wasps up in our woodshop haven't quite gone into hibernation yet and have infested the inside of our woodshop.
