Selling bodies you make (from a template here or anywhere, or one that you make) is not a problem as far as I know. There are copyright issues, so you couldn't sell, say, a "Stratocaster" body. You could sell a strat-type body and put all the yadda-yadda is a registered trademark of so-and-so legalisms in there.
