Searching On The Forum

I doubt this is the right place to ask, but I can't do a good search to know if this has been answered.

Is there a way to do a search of two words that are not a phrase. For example I wanted to see if other people had experience using a router and a sled to thickness wood for an acoustic guitar. However if I just search "thickness" or "thicknessing" I get way to many hits. Same for "rout" or "router". The phrase "thickness router" is meaningless and returns no hits. How do I search for threads where "thickness" and "router" and "sled" all show up, just not all together in a row?

do a search for "jig" or "jigs" or even "router jig." That should yield more favorable results.
